INSTALL NOTES:
1- Install the program archive FreeArc (run the file FreeArc.exe)
2- right click GTAIV.arc file and extract it with FreeArc.
3- Open "pc" folder and run Globe Converter.exe
4- Wait for the processes to finish
5- Play by running LaunchGTAIV.exe
